You book desks, not people

At Team Desk 4 you get four desks. Who uses them is up to you – you can register up to eight colleagues. No more than four of them are in the space at the same time.

That way you only pay for the desks that are actually used. With Team Desk 6 there are six desks for up to twelve registered people.

Frequently asked questions

If desks are free, gladly. We only have a limited number of fixed desks – let us know early if you want to grow, and we’ll plan ahead and keep additional desks available where possible.

You register the people with us: up to eight for Team Desk 4, up to twelve for Team Desk 6. No more than four or six of them are in the space at the same time. You decide who uses the desks and when.

The contract renews automatically for the same term. The notice period depends on the term: 30 days with a 6-month term, 90 days with a 12-month term – in each case to the end of the term.

Yes, bookable as an add-on: Office Address €49, Business Address €59 and Business Address Plus €99 per month excluding VAT with a 12-month term; with a 6-month term €55, €75 and €115. Which one you need depends on whether you use the address only for post or also for the commercial register – we will advise you.

Yes. You can leave your monitor, keyboard and mouse at the fixed desks – no need to carry everything in every day. We do not take liability for your own equipment, though.

If you do not have your own monitors: we have some and are happy to lend them. They are not the newest, but they do the job. Just ask us.
